Well,anyway,I admit i am a lazy guy.I was thinking about getting some conclusion about my last job but i failed to do so until today.

I have finished my job as a sales manager in August 15th.In that company,I supervise the oversea department, handle the communicational affairs with production deparment, with the boss, trying to analysis the market, offer imformation to the GE  for reference,hold meetings when i think it is necessary, make and explain the sales policy.

Let me see, what did I gain from last job?

1.I knew some professional managers , trying to know why they can be sucessful.

2.I knew how is business going on

3.I knew finacial is very important in a company

4.I knew benefit is very important in management, that is to say,every time you make a

dicision or policy,you have to think about the relevant people.What will be their reaction?

5.I knew there is no friendship in work ,the only thing is corporation on the basis of benefit.

6.I knew a leader should be one who can control yourself, one who can always draw a beautiful picture for your fellows even if you don't believe in it.The key is you have to believe it.

7.I knew how to manage a sales department,money and some administrative measurements.

8.The functions of management  should include plan, deligate, communicate, control and so on.

9.It is important to find the right person for the position, or it might be a disaster.

10.I became a little tougher, i think it is a good thing because you have to say no to somebody .You also have to point their mistakes when necessary.

OK,what i did bad?

1.I need the authority.Where is my authority? Facing those salesman who is more professional than me in sales, how can i lead them?

2.I need to put higher standards for myself ,nomatter in job or life.It will be good for me.

3.I need to control myself better. Sometimes i compained in front of my fellows.It is obviously forbidden.Each time when i am calm , i can always handle all things.But if i am in bad mood, even the simplest thing can make me crazy.

4.Last but most important, you need to ask for power form your boss.If you want something,go and ask for it ,or you will lose it.Do not be shy.

Well, i appreciate my last company, they taught me a lot.And most guys there were nice.

But i think the biggest problem for them is they should take more time to look outside,the see the market ,the competitors,the whole line.
